Shipping policy

We provide shipping through third-party logistics aggregators and partners. We pack and prepare all orders in-house, while our logistics providers manage pickup, transport, and delivery to your door.

Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed for dispatch within 3 business days ($T+3$) after receipt.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Saturdays, on holidays, or over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
  • Delivery TAT: Orders are typically delivered within 4–5 working days for most locations.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to environmental conditions, weather disruptions, or courier operational delays. Refunds are not provided for orders delivered past estimated delivery windows.

Packaging & Damage Policy

We take great care to protect your products by using robust outer packaging. However, because transit is handled by third-party delivery services, we cannot control handling once packages leave our warehouse.

  • Transit Packaging: We are not responsible for cosmetic damage to outer shipping boxes or external product packaging incurred during transit.
  • Inner Product Damage: Only damage to the actual inner product container or contents qualifies for a return or replacement consideration.
  • Inspection: Please open and inspect your package upon arrival to ensure the product inside is intact and undamaged.

Order Tracking & Delivery

  • Shipping details and tracking links will be shared via the email, SMS, or WhatsApp contact details provided at checkout. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.

Returns & Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying all return shipping costs for returned items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • International Shipments: For international orders, customers accept full responsibility for all taxes, duties, customs fees, and government charges applicable to initial delivery and return logistics.
