Lice

Head lice are attracted to the blood in the scalp, their symptoms are itchiness in the hair, behind neck and ears. Head lice can't spread any disease but they make the scalp itchy.  Frequent itching could break the skin on the scalp, which could lead to infections. 

Blend the oil in olive oil, apply and let it on for a couple of hours, preferably overnight. 

The oils help in relieving from lice and help the scalp to keep dryness itchiness and infections away.
