Athlete's foot

Athlete's foot is a contagious fungal infection that causes scaly rash that may itch, sting or burn.

Essential oils have anti-fungal, anti- microbial, anti- bacterial, anti-septic, anti- inflammatory properties. They help to soothe the itchiness and slowly create an environment for the infection to go away.

We can use them in cotton balls, foot soak or massage with a carrier oil.
